Audrey C. Talley
Audrey is a lawyer focusing on corporate and commercial litigation. Before joining Haupt Law in 2017, she negotiated consumer financial settlements at National Litigation Law Group and was a partner at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP in Philadelphia, where she provided ongoing advice to and representation of public and private funds and advisers.
Audrey is a Certified Information Privacy Professional with three distinct certifications: U.S. Private Sector, U.S. Government and Canadian provincial and federal law. Her distinguished career spans decades, including years as an Associate and Partner at Investment Management Group, Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young LLP in Philadelphia. She also served as Staff Attorney for the Corporate Secretary’s Office of the Du Pont Company, where she focused on securities and corporate legal research and writing, as well as assisting with the preparation of SEC periodic reports. Audrey has additional experience as a Policy Forms Analyst for the Actuarial Department of National Life and Accident Insurance Company, where she filed insurance policies with state regulators. She has comprehensive knowledge of the Investment Company Act of 1940, the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
