Toni J. Ellington



Toni is a lawyer with a focus on reliable and efficient representation of small business and corporate clients. She holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Hawaii, along with a Master of Arts in English and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in dance from the University of Oklahoma. Her areas of interest and legal experience include oil and gas law, environmental litigation and regulatory practice, EEOC and labor disputes and complaints, complex litigation and complex bankruptcy cases, federal administrative law and rule-making challenges, and non-profit law.

Toni clerked for the Honorable Robert E. Bacharach, Western District of Oklahoma, and the Honorable Barry Kurren, USDC, Hawaii. Additionally, she provided pro bono counsel to the Warrior-Scholar Project, a veterans’ service organization.

Toni has made 13 moves and gone through several job changes while her husband served this country as a career Navy SEAL officer. As a result, she is extremely adaptable and highly organized in her personal and professional life. She and her husband are both native Oklahomans and are delighted to finally be home.
